A vintage wall plaque advertisement for the shop, Charles Ware & Son. Ltd. in Hull in England.

Made of iron with screw fixings and a central tethering loop.
The iron sign is in good condition and very strong. It has some rust in keeping with an outdoor metal item of this age, potentially 100+ years old.

Charles Ware & Son was in business in Hull, on the then High Street from 1898 to 1958.
They were suppliers of tents, waterproof covers, shop blinds, waterproof dressings, stack nets etc.

Approximate size:
26cm L x 4.8cm W x 4cm D (including the tethering loop ).

Could now be used as a decorative and useful item to secure and attach outdoor or indoor conservatory equipment, gates etc.
