Shipping Information, Taxes and Custom Fees
Once full payment has been received, the item will then be dispatched and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Great care is taken to pack and wrap your item as safely as possible. We often re-use good quality packaging, so nothing is sent to landfill that doesn't need to be.
We try to ensure that all items will arrive at their destination in the great condition they left Us, however we not guarantee their handling and safety during transit.
We ship worldwide and mainly use Royal Mail services. We use other couriers such as My Hermes, DHL and UPS when required. Items shipped to destinations outside of the UK, will be sent via a Tracked and/or Signed For service. Valuable items will be insured with the shipping provider. If you don't see your country in the shipping payment options, please message us for a shipping quote. Thank you.
We also are happy to arrange for you to collect your purchase direct from our Unit in Longwick, Buckinghamshire. Please select the collection option when purchasing your item at checkout. We will also deliver for free within a 5 mile radius of Longwick.
Taxes
Please be aware that when a package is dispatched internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. I can not assume responsibility for customs charges and taxes incurred.
Generally, these fees are hard to predict and are paid by the buyer, often needing to pay these after the item has arrived in the destination country and before delivery is made. Please see the main postal service provider in your home country for current information and costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We pack each item with great care to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and in the good condition which It left our care.
We may accept a refund if you contact us as soon as possible after you receive the package and within 5 days.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been clearly damaged during the shipping of the item.
The cost of returning an item is paid by the buyer.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason - do please contact us and we will aim to resolve the situation.
